Digital Patterns + Custom Knits
I’m sorry but we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges on digital patterns and custom knits. If you have any problems please contact us at hello@anxiousgirlknits.com.
Knitting kits, Ready Made Knits and Made to Order knits
If you’d like to return an Kit, ready made knit, or made to order knit, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve told us, you’ll then have another 14 days to send it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@anxiousgirlknits.com with your name and order number and reason for the return, then we will send you the return address.
If you’d like to return an item, you’ll just need to cover the cost of return postage. Please note that if any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are charged to us when your return arrives, these will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend you send it tracked as we will not be responsible for its safe return to us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hello@anxiousgirlknits.com.
